3. Proper Use
3.1 If the User is required to provide personal data in order to use the Website or the services offered thereon, the User shall be obliged to provide such data truthfully and completely. If individual data should change, the user is obligated to communicate this immediately.

3.5 Users are not permitted to present the services of Constantin Hering Stiftung to other Users as advertising in any form for commercial purposes. This also applies to the setting of corresponding links, e.g. in forums.
