The Constantin Hering Foundation is an unincorporated foundation under civil law, administered in trust by Hamburger Stiftungstreuhand e. V., c/o the law firm ASG Asche Stein Glockemann Verstl Wiezoreck, based in Hamburg. It operates selflessly and does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes, but rather directly charitable endeavors. The foundation's non-profit status also stipulates that no person may benefit from expenses that are alien to the purpose of the foundation or from disproportionately high remuneration.
