Nothing influences the understanding of disease more than the style of thinking and its epistemological foundation. Starting from Hahnemann's original model of disease, which is derived historically, an extended analysis will be carried out. For this purpose, the phenomenological perspective, gestalt-theoretical considerations and aspects of holistic thinking will be presented, insofar as they help to develop a more differentiated understanding of the theoretical foundation of homeopathy as it is understood today (viewpoints of homeopathy). A contribution on systems theory is also planned.
For practice, this directly implies:
An updated theoretical foundation will be established for the specific approach. In each individual case, specific findings of conventional diagnostics and psychosomatics, all aspects of individual disease development in the respective life context, as well as a differentiated analysis of psycho-neuro-immunological regulation and constitutional aspects of epigenetics will be worked out. The necessity of conventional diagnostics in particular should be supplemented from a general medical understanding in a separate section, as is necessary for practice (Practice QM).
Furthermore, the different trends within homeopathy are presented comparatively in terms of their focal points and differences and analysed with regard to their underlying premises.
